Avocado and Egg Salad

Avocado and Egg Salad recipe

  • 1 Ripe Avacado
  • 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
  • 1 tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Salt & Pepper (To Taste)
  1. Cut up avocado and place in bowl. Mash.

  2. Slice up hard boiled eggs. Add to avocado bowl

  3. Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
