Avocado and Egg Salad recipe
- 1 Ripe Avacado
- 2 Hard Boiled Eggs
- 1 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Olive Oil
- Salt & Pepper (To Taste)

Cut up avocado and place in bowl. Mash.

Slice up hard boiled eggs. Add to avocado bowl

Add the remaining ingredients and stir.
